In 2003 we started our business of making homemade jams and jellies from our Coopersburg, PA location. We grow 90% of the berries used to make our products right on our property. Other fruit is purchased from a local orchard in our community. Our products are made from the finest ingredients and are produced in small batches to ensure the full flavor is maintained. The use of a refractometer and PH meter helps to maintain consistency and quality in every product we make. Enjoy the taste of homemade jam and jelly. We use the finest ingredients, pure cane sugar and fresh fruits cooked in small batches to provide the finest products.
Since many of the fruits are seasonal and picked fresh, some products may not be available year round. Please call for availability.
Undecided? We also have an assortment of the jams, jellies, marmalades and butters available in 1 1/2 oz. sampler jars. Price is $2.00 per jar or 5 for $9.00.

oz. sizes. All 9 oz. and 4 oz. jars are decorated with a colorful cloth
skirt... makes wonderful gifts at Christmas, wedding favors, or other special
